Minimums:

2 Night Minimum

3 Night Minimum on Holidays & Events (Memorial Weekend, Topless Jeep Weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend)

Southern Comfort, Sea Esta, Sea La Vie, & High Tides Hideout Beach House: $200 Security Deposit is required to book your reservation. This deposit is refunded the following week after your stay, provided the unit and all inventory is accounted for and undamaged. 

Seas The Day, Motty West, La Petit Bijou, & Sandy Feet Retreat: $100 Security Deposit is required to book your reservation. This deposit is refunded the following week after your stay, provided the unit and all inventory is accounted for and undamaged. 

100% refund of Security Deposit if cancellation is done more than 30 days prior to check-in date. Any paid Rental Fees will also be fully refunded.  

50% refund of Security Deposit if cancellation is done 8 to 30 days prior to check-in date. Any paid Rental Fees will also be fully refunded.  

No refund of Security Deposit if cancellation is done 7 days or less prior to check-in date. Any paid Rental Fees will be fully refunded.  

In the event of a tropical storm or hurricane, previously paid Security Deposits and Rental Fees will be refunded, provided State and Local Authorities have issued mandatory evacuations for this area.

Small Pet Fee (Under 15 pounds) - Limit 2 (if Pet Friendly) - $50 each

Guest Overflow - Excess of 8 (Sea La Vie), 10 (Sea Esta), or 12 (Southern Comfort) - Limit 2: $50 each
Cleaning Fee - Heavy Soil: $50-$200 
RV Hook-Up (with house) - $50/Night

RV Hook-up (Located on Teal St on grass) - $55/Night (higher rates and Minimums apply during Holidays and Special Events)
Missing Inventory/Damages - Actual Replacement Cost  

Check-In Time - 3:00 pm 
Check-Out Time - 10:00 am
