One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days before the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days before the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

TRAVEL insurance is highly recommended. We will not be making refund exceptions outside of our cancellation policy. ID verification is required after reservation.

The check-in time is 4 PM, but if you need to arrive earlier, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in, depending on our reservations and cleaning schedule, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. If you have not arranged for an early check-in, please do not arrive before 4 PM as access to the door will not be available until your arranged check-in time.

The check-out time is 10 AM, and we request that you leave promptly to allow us enough time to prepare for the next guests. If you need a late check-out, please inform us at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure, and we will try to accommodate your request, depending on availability and cleaning schedule, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. If you haven't arranged for a late check-out and you're still on the property after the grace period, you will be charged $50, plus an additional $50 for every hour after the check-out time. If the property is not vacated by noon, you will be charged a fee equivalent to one day's rental.
